How do I access ZashPay from First Independent?
In order to use ZashPay, you must be signed up for First Independent's free Online Banking and Bill Pay. Once logged into Bill Pay, simply click on the menu item titled “Pay People.”
To send money:
- Login to Bill Pay
- Click on Pay People, top menu.
- Fill out recipient name, email or text number and amount to send.
- The recipient receives the email or text message that you sent cash and how to get it.
To receive money:
- Login to Bill Pay.
- Click on Pay People, top menu.
- Click on the Get Money link.
Once you've set up your ZashPay account and received your first payment, all future payments will automatically post to the account you have designated. You must designate one checking or money market account to receive payments using ZashPay.
What does ZashPay cost?
There is a $.50 fee to send money. There is no fee to receive money.
